Joel brings 23 years of experience building and growing markets. He has launched new businesses, developed distribution networks from the ground up, and built client relationships that last. He keeps close watch on the professional lighting industry, including its technology, its standards and its direction, and uses that knowledge to match clients with the right solutions. As Country Head, Joel sets LEKSA’s strategy in the Philippines, manages the partnership with LEKSA Lighting Technologies in India, and is accountable to every client for the work we deliver.
Market Expansion and Growth Director
For 20 years, Perico has helped businesses grow into new markets. He knows the people behind a project, from the architects and contractors who build it to the mayors and local offices who serve the community around it. Running for city councilor taught him what public service asks of those who lead. Today he builds LEKSA’s Philippine network of dealers, integrators, rental partners and specifiers, and brings LEKSA lighting to new regions and industries nationwide.
Marketing and Brand Positioning Director
Ben brings 15 years of experience in stage and studio lighting, including five years of hands-on work with lighting and camera equipment at NDM Studios as Production Head. He knows what theaters, event venues, broadcast facilities and production studios demand from their lighting, from dynamic stage effects to precise, camera-ready illumination. Ben draws on his background in visual arts, production and marketing to lead LEKSA’s marketing and brand positioning in the Philippines. He turns technical detail into clear communication, so clients can see what each solution does for their space and choose with confidence.

Emmanuel has spent 26 years making sure products reach customers on time and keep working after they arrive. His background in the battery industry and related sectors taught him how electrical equipment should be stored, shipped and supported. Today he leads LEKSA’s fulfillment, logistics and after-sales support in the Philippines, so every client has a reliable team behind them long after the lights are switched on.
